SMS platform provides two key functions:
SMS management and Address book management, the main interface includes：
1)SMS Main：SMS management interface
2)Message：Compose, Edit, View, Delete and Send SMS.
3)Scheduler: Set schedule for composed SMS, View and Delete scheduled SMS
4)Address Book: add "Edit" and "Delete" SMS address.
